What is Almadelic’s appointment cancellation policy?
We understand that circumstances can change and we want to do our best to accommodate the needs of customers while also being respectful of our clinicians' time. If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to avoid a $150 clinical appointment fee.
For New Clients (Starter Pack)
Full Refund
You cancel 24+ hours prior to your initial medical evaluation.
Package Refund less $150 fee
You cancel within 24 hours of your initial medical evaluation.
Your clinician determines that you are not a good fit for treatment during the initial consultation. You will only be charged for your medical evaluation appointment.
You cancel after your initial consultation and no medication or welcome starter kit has been shipped.
Balance Refund of $125 per unshipped session
You cancel after your first prescription + Welcome Starter kit are shipped, you will be refunded for the balance of prescription unit count (session) that has not been shipped at the rate of $125/session. You cancel after any portion of your prescription has shipped you will be refunded for the balance of any prescription unit count (session) that has not been shipped at the rate of $125/session.
No Refund
You cancel anytime after the completion of your prescription package has shipped.
For Returning clients

Add-on Services
Full Refund
If you purchased add-on services that have not been consumed such as Integrated Therapy or Guided Sessions, you can be refunded for any unused appointments that are cancelled 24+ hours prior to the appointment.
Add-on KAP session prescriptions that have not been shipped can be refunded at the rate of $125 per unshipped prescription session.
